The final paragraph to my new book. 'Chester flipped his Hexblade over the back of his paw and pointed the dagger directly at the moon as three more artilary rounds burst overhead, ingiting an amethyst shell around us, while my Protection Rune glowed brighter than the sun. “And with our final breath they shall forever remember the ALAMO!” This is the end of When the Vines Swallow Whole, Book 2 of The Cryptid Caretaker. Ren, Chester, Stella, and the entire Lockwood clan will return in Book 3, Shadows of the Moonlit Grove!

I spent more time writing than I expected and what do you know... The first draft of When the Vines Swallow Whole is finished at 164k words!!!

155k words into When the Vines Swallow Whole! The first draft will be done in a week or two and off my wonderful editor Linda by the end of the month!! I can't wait for y'all to read about the shenanigans Ren and Chester the Murder Raccoon gets into!
