I couldn't remember if 8 and 11 had the same sort of thing but I just checked and they do! Which is odd cause I don't remember being bored of those soundtracks haha.

Maybe I'm spoilt by the variety of soundtracks we get now and how much effort can go into them, like Octopath, Expedition 33 and FF7R

Yeah im mostly playing with the volume low now and just having music or TV on in background haha.

It is nice music it's just there not enough variety 😂

As much as Im enjoying Dragon Quest VII, the music does get rather repetitive. Like every dungeon and town has the same music 😬

I felt the same with DQ1 but I accepted that due to the age of the original game.

Thought I'd do this Final Fantasy 30 day challenge that I've seen a few people do.

Day 1 - First Final Fantasy.

Of course it's FF7. My brother owned it on PS1 and I used to stay up until about 3am playing it whilst he was asleep.

It's been about a month since I've been able to game in here! But I've got 2 spare hours this morning so need to make the most of it and playing Dragon Quest VII on the big screen.

Thinking about it, they should of done Claire for Re2 remake as now Leon has 3 statues 😂

I absolutely love the HD-2D graphical style, but playing Dragon Quest VII Reimagined kind of makes me wish they did 1-3 in the same style.

It suits the series perfectly! Wonder which direction they will go with 4-6 if they choose to redo them .

I hadn't considered doing it that way, think I'll do the same as Grace's gameplay looks more horror compared to Leon's action. Could suprise is though and Leon could have some scary bits!

Are you getting Requiem later this month? I feel like that may be my favourite as I've loved everything about it so far.

I remember trying this game in VR and when Mia was climbing the stairs I took the headset off 🤣
