One thing this game has confirmed for me though, is that I prefer new class VII to the old ones. I find the original cast a bit... condescending to the others despite only being a few years older, and to be honest so far the story would of been the same without them being in it.

Yeah it's good! Not much is progressing story wise yet, I still don't have Rean 😂

Yeah I can see why you think that. I recommend picking up Daybreak 1 & 2 if you want to try the series, they are pretty self contained, and my personal favourites.

Good morning all! I have today off work so gonna start the day with some Cold Steel IV, and then some Lies of P this afternoon I think.

Working well! There's two easier modes than the original one. I've gone for the easiest 😂 early enemies die in a few bits and they barely take any health off. You still have to pay attention but it's not like 2-3 hits and you are dead.

Really love the setting. Love twisted versions of these worlds, reminds me of Alice: Madness returns if you've heard of that.

You managed to finish it on the original difficulty I assume? That's a great accomplishment at least!

I just never have the patience to enjoy these type of games really, but I love the setting alot. Enjoying the easy mode though 😬

From research before, Lies of P is classed as one of the harder "souls" games apparently.

I'm the same as you, I can't be bothered to keep dying over and over with no progression and then losing all your exp etc 😂.

Enemies are going down quite fast! There are two easier options, and one says for those that just want to experience the story, and that's what I've gone for.

Yeah that's what put me off! I just don't have the patience for souls games at all, but so far so good with this new update, enemies are going down quite fast.

Ive wanted to play this game since it launched but never bothered as Souls games and me so not gel well together 😂

Thankfully developers added an easier mode so let's see if it's really P-eak!

I didnt know what they were saying either as I never heard "jump". But it's Ttwieo which is Korean for jump 😂
