to be fair, when i was a kid and saw great art I also didn't understand that a human had created it, even back then. As a kid i couldn't conceptualize having that level of skill in anything, even before ai's existence. but when i began to understand and believe it, a fire was lit in my heart

I'm of the radical belief that artists should genuinely be kind to each other. Other artists aren't your competition, we don't need rat race mentality bleeding into the art space. We've went through A LOT over the past couple of years already so please treat one another with love and compassion 🫶

SO much of the cultural and artistic nostalgia that society chases was just art made when people got paid to do it. Lavish movie posters made by human artists, video games made by people without sixteen different investment companies breathing down their neck, movies made by studios taking a chance.

People will talk about fighting bears or some other apex predator but I have not seen a human being hold their own against a goose
