A3: giving students a choice - universal design for learning - some students would love the idea of podcasting as assessment whereas some may get so caught up with the tech it might hinder them meeting the brief and LOs
Maybe teach students skills offer choice of using in assessment? #LTHEchat

A2. I loved the training session I did with the portable podcasting kits and has inspired me - but barrier wise there could be an issue with class size and having enough resources and staff to support #LTHEchat - I wonder how transferable it would be to larger cohorts

A1. Interesting - I give podcasts as additional learning materials but encourage students not to cite them in assessments but to find/use peer reviewed sources instead - is this a bit old fashioned of me? #LTHEchat

A1. #LTHEchat not as yet but I have a new module with an assessment that will include students creating a resource containing evidence based public facing information - and this could be a podcast - so I am watching / listening with interest
