Sable used to be a Harpa, one of many identical women cursed with the guilt of their ancestor, the original Harpa. The Harpas were concerned about a demon boy who had the powerful ability to open rifts in space and dimensions, but they didn't have a way to contain him and didn't want to provoke him with an attack. Meanwhile, Sable's Harpa body was victim to a magical illness attacking her soul. So they swapped the bodies of Sable and the demon boy, solving the magical illness, but trapping Sable's good soul in an evil body. Now, she fights demons for the Harpas with a blade that only hurts demonkind.

Sable Pendragon

This RPG character was created by a friend of a friend, but I played her in a reboot of the campaign. Turns out she's the sole surviving synthetic human (arctic-fox-girl, but whatever) created by gnomes to infiltrate humankind - a purpose she rejects...and probably wouldn't be very good at anyways.

A woman with the ears and tail of an arctic fox. She's crouched, aiming down the sites of a rifle that looks like it's from the early 1900s. She is dressed in a tan and purple tactical parka with a mini-cape over her shoulders, a fur-lined hood over her head, and belts fastened down her torso. She has tan pants and brown mittens with separated index fingers for using her rifle. Her skin has an East-Asian tone, her eyes have orange/purple heterochromia, and she has a mask over her nose and mouth.
