Trump Whitewashes History in New Smithsonian Executive Order Among other disturbing and demonstrably false distortions, the mandate suggests that race is a “biological reality” — a tenet of racist pseudoscientific beliefs.

President Trump issued an executive order targeting so-called “race-centered ideology” in the Smithsonian Institution, conflating critical examinations of the nation’s oppression of women, people of color, and other groups with “anti-American” sentiment.

One of the reasons we're in this mess is because Americans really don't understand immigration and how the system works in the US. And in that vacuum of knowledge the right has been able to conjure up so many fears that continue to perpetuate themselves.

Speak out. Organize. Across all the silos. They are testing to see what they can get away with.
