I live in maple Maga Alberta. We have a large population of under educated oilfield workers. People who dropped out of high school when the oil patch was booming. Add to that, the influx of disinformation in the media, and we have what we have in Smith. Rural Alberta loves her.

I did delete my social media going down a couple of weeks ago. My worry is my daughter driving back for the summer.

Unfortunately, for us, my daughter has decided to move from Arizona when she graduates from university with her bachelor's degree and move to California for her Masters. My son will also probably follow in a couple of years due to a scholarship for baseball.

Tried not to support the economy, so we didn't really buy what we normally buy(sports equipment). All in all, we brought home less than $100 worth of goods, whereas on previous trips, we would max out our limit for the 3 of us.
