Yes, I'm going for it! CD HS (customs) codes aren't affected by US tariffs and I'm including these in my forms & docs. But an extra £0.50 is added as a 'customs handling fee' on the Royal Mail site – so that's inc. in my £5.50 shipping US fee. I'm about ship my first batch of US orders tomorrow 🙏🤞

I'm so excited to share the next releases with you. I'm absolutely honoured that the artists involved are up for working with me.

It'll be a real moment to see their spines lined up together, like a little library. Another big thank you to @plant43.bsky.social for the 👌 design.

Oh, and this is a detail that means a lot to me. The original seed of an idea for the name came from a very close friend (Ruth, for those who know) who lived overseas for years and once asked me to bring some silver thread when I next visited her. 🪡

When looking for a name for this label I kept coming back to this image. I like the idea that the artists that will appear on Silver Threads connect with each other and the listeners across space and time in meaningful ways.

That's why the stitch motif will appear on every spine.
