Unions are the bare minimum necessary to resist exploitation by the company and if a company cant survive with a union it shouldnt survive at all.

Idk if youre aware of this, but the protocol Bluesky forces everything public. Its not possible to make your profile private or actually block anyone; anyone who self-hosts or has a bit of programming skills can see everything you post forever.
