New to me car update! The big 6 has gone, replaced by the Red Rocket, a BMW 130i, tiny car, big engine, RWD. I’m hoping it’ll be a nice daily through the winter whilst the Z4 goes into hibernation.

Watching the sun set over Camposol, near Mazarron, Spain. My parents lived here for 14 years until my dad passed away 10 years ago this Christmas. It’s been ace showing my little man the place that my old man loved so much. I will always have a place in my heart for here.

Count the doors! The detail is great up close. The trailing edge of the front doors curve towards the rear, not the front. The seats are XK8 seats that fold forward to allow access, lots and lots of other details to drink in.

I visited the Zeds not dead Z4 this morning and helped panel wipe the car and do some of the masking. The main body gets painted this afternoon hopefully. Can’t wait to get it back. It was weird seeing it with the paint so flat, I kind of liked it.

Volvo doing what Volvo do best. I miss mine.

Parked next to a stunning Mercedes E-class Coupe, with front wheel and tyre like this. Makes my teeth itch!

Last one tonight and then road trip to France starts tomorrow! A week in Normandy and a night in Ypres, I can’t bloody wait!

And people moan about LiVARpool getting all the decisions. Not on this occasion they didn’t.

I felt like that last week with the Zed, but today I’ve had a productive day working on both the Hyundai i800 and the Z4. Good days always pop up when you need them.

The wheels are nasty, but the rest is purfect.

6 series and sunset, just because it’s clean and I love a nice sunset!

Sometimes that’s the best thing to do.

I’m looking at coils and shocks for the Z4. So much to choose from.
