You know what I hate? Man-spreading. I have elbowed the guy in the centre seat at least 5 times in the past 30 mins of the flight. And now I’m edging in with my leg.

I think smooth texture—after fermentation we’re supposed to put it in the food processor with spices, honey, etc. A great class! Plus they served us charcuterie at the beginning and pastrami sandwich for lunch (Katz’s recipe but @gateau.bsky.social will have to validate authenticity).

Blue Sky Clothing (both on the Drive and W 4th) is locally and woman owned. Styles can be hit-or-miss, but I think worth checking out. Also Misch on S Granville. On the sexier side, Change has a range of bras, panties, and lingerie in plus sizes too.

Six years ago, the chef/operator at this popular fish truck awed me with his passion. It was a catalyst to leave a miserable job. Months later, I returned, struck up a friendship with the chef, and shared how he had inspired me. Still the best poke and still a reminder to follow your heart. ♥️
