Whether it's written clearly in the url or tied to a random string of characters, it's assigned to your activity. When you send a link containing a source identifier to somebody and they click it, it signals to the website that you two are connected. And that data goes right back to the website operators, and thus their advertisers. Whenever you select "share" or "copy link" on a social app or website, it creates a link like this. If you give even the smallest shit about online privacy, it's important to remove them. Everything after the "?" symbol can be removed without issue, especially sections starting with "si=" or "utm_source="

I'm still of the opinion that it would've been nice to pull what Fantina did back in DP: have Volkner manage to turn 10MV against Ash so he can find a way to win even after his big winning idea is coopted.

I feel it would've been a great way to show both the rising stakes AND Ash's improving skill.

Being absolutely biased as a Serena fan, I appreciate that while he’s still definitely on the cute side Pancham is at least explicitly a guy that starts out a bit insecure to show others that he does enjoy performing.

The Marvel one also gets points from me because it's channelling explicitly 90s comics era Marvel, including a villain and some characters somewhat removed from current MCU trends. Still riffing on nostalgia but it's one that scratches a slightly different itch.

In a universe defined by breaking the status quo, it's kinda a shame the book so far spent four months doing 'Weapon X era Wolverine' story beats with some details changed.

Ultimates does a much better job playing cruel fates for tragedy with substance, imho (like in the One Year In one-shot).

AI bros are the only “artists” who I see repeatedly calling their own work imaginative and going out of their way to stress how creative they are.

Real artists largely treat imagination and creativity as an inherent and obvious value. They’re also not blatant fucking plagiarists.
