Two factors: Marstons have gone all-in with Heineken, and CAMRA have gone uber-purist in their definition of real cider so their site now lists hardly any pubs with anything drinkable.

The Bull is absolutely the worst offender – the Bell has a reasonable size car park and Little Monkeys parents are usually only there for a few minutes, but the Bull car park is tiny and their clientele rich enough not to care.

Impressed with the S3 driver on the evening Charlbury-then-Chippy service yesterday who called “Last stop for Charlbury!” at the Enstone Road/Banbury Hill stop. Who needs automated announcements?

These are kind of nice, but I’d love a tube map which was geographically accurate in the city centre (for walking distances), Beck-style in the suburbs (for compactness). Apparently there was an unofficial one in the 80s but I’ve never been able to find it. tfl-newsroom.prgloo.com/news/tfl-lau...
