Now, could it have been better packaged in the first place? Absolutely. But there's just no excuse for what this box looks like. It's like instead of loading it onto the FedEx truck, they just tied it to the rear bumper & dragged it all the way from NH to WI, hitting all weather & every pothole.

One side of the box has metal pieces poking out and scraped/ground down like it was dragged for miles across pavement. I'm sure the contents need some assembly, and if those are indeed threaded bolt holes under all that scrape, there's no fucking way this thing is going to assemble properly.

Gotta hand it to FedEx; they really know how to beat the everlasting shit out of every single package I get. It's honestly impressive how utterly destructive & disrespectful of property they are.

Today, they dumped a pkg in middle of my driveway, in the rain; it looks like it was in a car accident.
