Labour really need to come clean about how much money goes to good causes from the Exeter lottery. It’s not the full 60p that the council are reporting, as everybody knows. At least we have pushed them to put the true figures in the fine print, but we need the headline figure to be accurate too.

🫠Reform appear to be in meltdown in Exeter.
😳Two councillors reported to the police.
😲Local Party chair sacked.

Wherever Reform UK goes, chaos follows and local residents lose out.

What a resounding victory for our city councillor, now to be county councillor as well, Andy Ketchin! Where people have #Greens elected they like what they see and vote for more. Such a great result!

✋Let's stop rewarding South West Water for failure.
🚽It's time to flush this failed experiment with privatisation down the drain.
💩With its disgusting record on sewage spills and eye-watering bills this water company should be front of the queue for nationalisation.

On Saturday Katie spoke to me about why she joined the #Exeter protest against the #disability benefits cuts. Supporting people into work is needed but these cuts are causing anxiety & will cause harm. We don't need continued austerity.

A graphic showing a letter addressed: To locals leaders and MPs from Devon Green councillors. The text on the letter emerging from the envelope reads: Government has made it very clear that the local government reorganisation in Devon is inevitable, and we intend to engage with this in a positive way to ensure the needs of our communities and environment come first. We are deeply concerned that conflicting plans are being developed behind numerous closed doors, each rushing to meet the Government’s March deadline for initial proposals.

In an open letter, Green councillors in Devon have called on local leaders & MPs to pull together on plans for local government reorganisation, so we don't end up being carved up by Whitehall.

📉Labour should be ashamed of their proposed budget cuts.

📊The Progressive Group has worked hard to put together an alternative budget to generate the income needed to ensure existing public toilets, leisure services and city centre street cleaning services are maintained.
