I battle it.
Attacks are unpredictable, but being unwell, over tired, depressed, are all triggers.
I'm fairly good at blocking these days, forcing myself to mentally focus on some positive project, something very involving in the planning sense.
It's still a demon that costs me a lot of sleep.
