Even more disappointed that I thought this might happen to even take a picture of the note I sent along with my Xbox. But I guess no one really cared. Sure glad I saved just $30 by not taking a hammer to my bricked Xbox and just buying another refurbished one.

well, that’s the last time I got for Xbox for support, or get an Xbox at all. Had mine brick with a game inside of it, and they just handed me a new Xbox(for about the price of a refurbed one) and stole my fucking game. Cool cool cool.
