I’m not arguing against what should be, I am arguing that this SC won’t side with that whatsoever. If you bring up more challenges, they’ll rule against them. Challenge, sure. But don’t get your hopes up. Also recognize that a challenge could make things worse for a long time.

You’re fooling yourself if suing the supreme a 6-3 far right ideological court will accept any hearing to question a ruling. It’s not happening.

I didn’t say accept it. I said it stands legally. It’s a fact that will be there until a new president changes the policy.

The bill is written that if Texas or other states that gerrymander in this wave go back to their previous maps, the. California will as well.

UBI, and limit c-suite pay to no more than 20x the lowest paid employee or contractor in a company. And that pay amount for c-suite is all income from a company, including stocks. And also universal healthcare. We’re waaay behind.

Pelosi did a LOT of very good things in her career, and she was a crafty politician that served to frustrate the GOP for decades. BUT her profiteering on stocks while in that position puts an asterix on her monumental career. Congress should not be able to buy/trade individual stocks.

That’s the way it normally works. You protect your investment. Why put them out there when there’s no shot in a meaningless game!? Same reason they pull QBs and starters in a blow out.
