My local estate agent told me 2 years ago that flat sales were falling. Mostly due to ever increasing service charges. We are stuck physically, emotionally and financially.

Why have home buyers fallen out of love with flats? A growing number of flat owners are being forced to sell their homes for less than they paid for them, as appetite for single-storey homes appears to wane.

6years ago my building was identified as having issues. HPL cladding the most serious. Taylor Wimpey have only just started to remediate the development. Far too long to wait. Over £300,000 in Alarms and more than £2,000.000 in
insurance alone. 288 people living in firetraps, just one development
