If a child needs an organ transplant or they will die, and you are the only match, you cannot be forced to provide your heart. You know why? Because no matter how precious that child is, YOU get to choose whether YOUR body is used to save it.

It’s really neither difficult nor complex. No human being should be forced to carry a pregnancy or bear a child against their will. That is an egregious breach of human rights.

The issue comes down to whether anyone should be forced to remain pregnant against her will.

If a fetus is removed from a womb and it is viable, that’s called birth, not abortion.

There is no such thing as “aborting a baby at the moment it leaves the womb”. That is not abortion, it is murder, which is of course illegal.

It would be extremely unjust to send a woman to prison for an abortion, ever.
