That really sucks, I am sorry that's your experience. I had a job once I had to be at by 6am, and it was a 40 minute drive there - I used to swing my legs over the side of the bed and start weeping and not stop til I got halfway there. 3 months later - only job I've never no call/ no showed quit!!

SNAP (Food Stamps) are not being distributed in my state starting next month. Starting in eight days, really.

Millions of people are going to struggle harder and be more food insecure only so a minuscule fraction of our population can keep their money and keep getting richer.

That's funny cause I had to start waking up at 5:30 when I started my job 2 years ago, and now the time between then and when I leave for work at 8 are my favorite hours of the day. I love getting up early now! So weird and I never thought I'd be a morning person!

I feel this

I found out a couple of years ago that my bio-dad had passed away. It made me feel... nothing.

But seeing clips of Brian Wilson on TV this morning is making me weep.

Like Maya said, you'll forget what people do or say, but never how they make you feel.

I don't tell many people this, but when I was little, I thought Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys was my bio-dad. I've only seen one pic of bio-dad, in profile, and when I was little, I connected him to the man who sang some of my favorite songs - some of everyone's favorite songs.

Blegh. I can't. I need to acclimate.

UGH I overslept too! I like having 2+ hours of free me time in the morning before work and now I only have one!

Haha, Chumplady. I'm pretty sure that "Leave a Cheater, Gain a Life" was the first book my ex's ex turned to.

At this point NOTHING a cheater would do would surprise me.

I am so happy when I go to work, look at my phone, and see NO red light blinking, meaning I have no voicemails. It's a DELIGHT!

So why am I so disappointed to wake up, check my personal emails, and have nothing really to be excited or delighted about at all.

Being Woke is not a Criticism, it's a Compliment - You're the one sounding like a dumbass for insulting people who have hearts and use facts.
