Fall has brought chaos into my life which tells me it will take more effort to bring harmony back into alignment. When the physical realm is disciplined, the spiritual realm can be liberated. Sipping valerian and mugwort with gratitude hoping for sweet slumber and unhindered dreams

Pain —> Insomnia —> Depression —> Disordered eating —-> Pain…

Needing fresh vegetables to help pull out of it but roads may be impassable without a 4 x 4 all week. I may be forced to *gasp* ask for help. Let’s get to sleep!
