I worked on a sports podcast pilot called BALLS starring two writers from Desus & Mero and it’s atrocious and unconscionable for our society that no one picked it up to cover issues like Bill Belichick attending his girlfriend’s adult coed cheerleading competition.

I mean this is probably part of it. Michigan is arrogant/a villain. I can attest they treat some
members of the press quite poorly! IMO that does not justify amplifying eg Michigan State’s claims about sign stealing & “player safety” or trying to shame UM into a weird contract with a pension fund

The degree to which major college football writers seem to be trying to hard sell the University of Michigan into selling part of its revenue to some fund managers in San Francisco is a bit perplexing to me
