Maybe we should start rebranding imposter syndrome as being a good thing. If you feel totally confident in a room/meeting/group it's probably time to level up and push yourself to learn more/experience more/lead more.

Our EDs have adopted an “opt out“ policy for hiv testing for anyone having blood taken in the ED, with positive results followed up by the specialist sexual health team. We’ve successfully detected a number of cases and got them started on ART
