The cast album from a jukebox musical, however, loses the miracle of live theater.

I just read his credits, which explains why his name is centered on the cover, bigger than the play title.

I wasn't aware of the existence of a Bobby Darin musical, and without having heard any of these albums, my pretty strong hunch is that it would not get my vote.
