Maybe so…there certainly is an element of that in monarchical societies (and because of my line of work I’ve met more than a few people who talk about CEO/executive leadership types as if they’re definitionally superior to them).

If you assume that all, or even most, white nationalists are simply confused people with economic anxiety, that may be a reasonable thing to hope for.

If you believe that Superman is white then you’ve shown that you understand that race is not connected to any indelible human biological fact.

I think a lot of people aren’t fully groking just how dangerous the line of argument he’s trying to push is. He is just a stone’s throw away from saying he’d be completely ok with an ethnically defined underclass.

It could be…I’m seeing reports of an “outage” affecting US users (but that shouldn’t affect those of us who aren’t there anymore), I’m getting videos in Russian (I don’t speak Russian) and random or decidedly non-political content. Not my usual FYP at all.

So….why is my TikTok not showing me any of the political content and instead showing me one Russian video after the other (I don’t speak Russian and I’ve never interacted with any content in Russian)? Is this happening to anyone else?
