I know I’m so behind! But finally got a chance to peep this one last night. Lots to love with this Valentine’s Day slasher. Seattle. A hilarious opening set piece. A campy, fun and gory showdown at the end. Oh! And eye candy. 😍

Peeped this little haunted house flick last night. Always been a Soderbergh fan. Cleverly shot entirely from a ghost’s perspective…making you feel like you’re the ghost the longer the story goes on.

Okay, I know, we all wanted Demi to win because The Substance was so incredible. But I can’t be sad about this queen’s victory. It’s fantastic to watch the new talent roll in. Although Demi is Hollywood legacy, I’m so stoked for what’s in the future for Mikey. Well done 💜

Revisited this one last night for the first time in … I dunno 25 years? I had forgotten it’s strange humor and it was interesting to see some familiar Lynchian through lines from so early in his career.

Damn y’all. Considering the current state of the world I may have bitten off more than I can chew with this one tonight. Mercy. 😩

This is definitely a once-a-year Halloween watch for me. LOVE this movie (and all haunted house movies). It’s gorgeously shot too.

Accessible moviegoing is a huge problem here in L.A. especially with so many historical theaters. Fatphobic seats that haven't been updated since the 1970s are a problem and requiring people to stand in line for 2 hours to get a seat for special events is exclusionary to many disabled people!

I saw “Watcher” like this! I was totally alone and drove to a theater 30 minutes away to see it. I was freaked out to even walk to my car when it was over.

Watching Blue Velvet on the big screen for the first time at the beautiful and dreamy Tampa Theatre. 99 years old this year! RIP, David Lynch. And thanks for the art and the inspiration.
