Data centres are usually built in very cold parts of the world, because they run extremely hot and they need a very intensive cooling mechanism in place.

And tech bros have come up with the ingenious idea of putting them...somewhere where it's very literally impossible to cool them down.

Sorry but this is an extremely reductive interpretation. "Normal" in this sense means transitioning to a liberal democracy, which will take a long time but it's the objectively morally correct outcome for Russia's future.
