I recently recieved gender-affirming care in the form of a single masectomy, and I've been assigned about half of the standard prescription of HRT for people with the same sex assigned at birth as me.
I generally dress in gender-neutral clothing, or dress male on one side and female on the other.

As far as pronouns go, I use he/him on bsky for the sake of convenience, but in person I generally ask people to address me based on what side they're approaching me from.
So, he/him from my left (their right) and she/her from my right (their left).

I'm hemisexual, which means that i have a different gender/sexuality on each side of my body. In particular, I'm male-left/female-right, and both halves of my body are heterosexual.
