I wasn’t thinking it was lighthearted. Knowing it’s not grimdark is enough for me. We are reading Brimstone for our January book club meeting so I need to read this one first. I really just found the dedication to feel dark to me.

I can be attracted to either light or dark covers, the art is the key. However, I do love jewel tones and strong vibrant colors.

Personally both The Sound of Silence and Land of Confusion by Disturbed are masterpieces. I also really enjoy Blue Monday by Orgy and Lyric Noel’s version of Cry Little Sister.
