So I need to delete Facebook. I can't stop the doom scrolling and reading of insane comments, the obvious troll posts, the obvious fake news. It's so strange to me that I can't look away.
I use FB for rural community groups, kids sports schedules etc. but I get fed a stream of conservative nonsense.
