Sorry, I meant the existing stadiums met those requirements. Adelaide Oval was redone recently. Optus Stadium is near new. I'd assume the GC stadium is also decked out for corporate guests.

I daresay they all meet those requirements.

At a guess I'd say it's that the stadium needs to be fit for multiple purposes and that it needs to include suitable corporate suites and facilities for networking etc.

The thing is, I don't know that he's the best ruckman, particularly right now. But is there another ruckman who dictates opposition play like he does? I could be biased but I don't think there's another player who deters the down the line kick quite like Max.
