if you know someone who was impacted, call them. Support them, lend them your network, your references, your referrals, and your time. This is a day with a lot of tears.

13.05.2025 20:02 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Today was my last day at GitHub/npm.
I've been doing this for nearly 25 years, so I've accrued quite a bit of expertise. If you're looking for someone that is an experienced programmer with a passion for data in all forms (databases, apis, protocols, etc.) please reach out.
What did you use to presimulate?
16.04.2025 03:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0My unoriginal opinion: There's some fun character development and useful lore, but most of the episodes aren't good. Some are terrible. I skip about 1/4th of season 1 when doing a rewatch. Most of the writing lacks character agency, where everyone reacts based on their role and one defining trait.

31.03.2025 21:10 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0You look great, Marco! I've found that just 20 lbs makes a world of difference for shirts, especially button ups. The larger the shirt, the more body types it's cut for, making the fit poor for everyone.

25.03.2025 20:17 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0There are a lot of Unity expatriates using Godot and influencing its development. Just keep an eye out for idiomatic differences and have fun! Brackeys is one such expatriate, and his intro tutorials are worth a watch to get a lay of the land.

...unless you apply @foyezes.bsky.social' nice moss shader.
I wanted to make a shader for a random flame that looked hand drawn. So I took a gradient with some color banding, and wiggled it around with noise.

I've been focused on only my good days, my aspirational days. Instead I need to plan on my routine for typical days, and plan to communicate and let go of my guilt on bad days.
Huge is an understatement. I'm sorry you've had to fight through all of that. Thank you for the reminder on gratitude.

It's risk free if you commit your code before doing it.
