Itโs been reported Homan took bribery money when he was recorded by the FBI accepting a bag full of $50,000 in cash.

Yes, and that's why you see CJ Schiltz (with attorney Ava Voss, who quit yesterday) and the D.D.C. judge yesterday explicitly call out the attorneys for doing good work -- so that the attorneys might stay on, or at least have something to point to later.

03.02.2026 15:53 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Double wow. I had just assumed this was settled in the negative. (N.b.: Many years ago, I researched whether a Patent Office reexam petition was an "action," and decided in the negative. Our client had agreed by contract not to file any "actions" against a patent.)

Itโs dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.
