This is pretty freaky, but although it seems fine for a deserted (literally?) area, I'd be terrified to be in one of these on the FDR at, say, 5:45 on a Friday afternoon.

The ICE dudes who threw the priest to the ground and violently arrested him before dragging off to jail will at some point be identified, and I don't think they are ready for the rage from this country when it turns back towards them, and they are no longer masked.

The utter contempt for the citizenry is blatant and outrageous.
