it turns out the trick to a successful developmental system is basically the same as making any organization or enterprise successful: give people ownership, make them accountable, and foster an environment where trust is reciprocal, and reward success and hard work.

A couple more thoughts on this. There is exactly one crime defined in the U.S. Constitution: treason. The first definition is levying war against the United States. Trump is explicitly threatening that.
