The Ukrainian photojournalist injured in the drone strike which killed a French photographer, has had to have his leg amputated.

Immergut states for the record that she is basing new TRO on all of the reasons that were in my prior opinion granting first motion and the same reasons and apply...The deployment of the federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, she says.

Immergut: What I'll do is not modify my original TRO but issue a new TRO that prohibits the relocation or deployment of any federalized national guard to the state of Oregon....

Immergut: I'm handling this on expedited basis, but defendants haven't provided new info.

SHE RULES FROM THE BENCH: I grant the plaintiffs motion for a second TRO based on reasons stated in previous order...

He couldn’t get the generals to clap. This is staged and manipulated … to make Trump feel better.

The officers are quietly soiling their pants, AKA sitting on their hands hoping this nightmare will all blow over.

But every time we hear troops cheering this buffoon, the military is knocked down one peg in esteem by well over half the American population. That is potentially catastrophic.

I know it's not always easy to tell whether you're being given illegal orders, but when you're in one state's National Guard and find yourself getting deployed into another state against its governor's wishes you should really stop and ask yourself if there's anything you're going to say no to.

Trump is now calling up National Guard troops from states to send them into other states.

He’s trying to send California troops into Oregon & Texas troops into Illinois.

This is illegal & threatens to tear apart our country even further.

He is trying to provoke a civil war.

Trump is ignoring a judge's ruling, ignoring the sovereign right of governors to deploy their National Guard, ignoring the truth, lying about violence to justify his invasions.

Harmeet Dhillon (DOJ) publicly targeted this judge on Twitter a couple weeks ago.
