as I was pouring water to rinse off the toilet, I noticed water bubbles on the handle. THIS ENTIRE TIME THERE HAVE BEEN PLASTIC COVERS ON OUR TOILET HANDLES. FOR 42 WEEKS WE HAVE BEEN CLEANING THE PLASTIC AND DIDNT NOTICE.
