Honestly I think Reddit has the best system, and they were really only able to do that because the mods are voluntary and mostly do it because they're invested. But the premise is there, it's not difficult to set up a system that handles what needs to be handled. It just feels so sloppy.

Seriously. There should be admin oversight for legal purposes, and some accountability, but otherwise how exactly is this in any way a separation.
