Ian Paisley Jr inviting Erika Kirk to Northern Ireland and wanting to set up a branch of Turning Point there should be a bigger story given the DUP's murky funding of advertising etc back in the Brexit referendum.

The Lawnmower Man: a heartwarming tale about a dude who is really good at cutting grass and goes to the lawnmowing championships to make money to save the local rec centre.

Nothing will change until the government stop saying people worrying about immigration have 'legitimate concerns' and they're all out there saying that today as they criticise Ratcliffe for being a racist.

They gave him the permission to say what he said.

I had four wonderful days in Amsterdam this week, and one of my main takeaways is that, wherever you are in the world, it is legally mandatory that all breakfast DJs look like this.

Sir, - As an ethicist and a former law-enforcement officer from the United States, I urge Irish politicians to change the Department of Transport’s present policy of not requiring permission by private aircraft to refuel at Shannon Airport (“Shannon Airport used for refuelling Ice deportation flights 10 times in past year,” February 9th). I make this point in even stronger terms when the aircraft are under contract by the US government or any other government conducting unjust, if not unlawful, activities.

I agree with Labour Party spokesman Duncan Smith that Ireland ought not “be complicit” in the indiscriminate, mass deportations by the Trump administration and its extremely undertrained and excessively forceful immigration enforcement agents.

TOBIAS WINRIGHT,

Professor of Moral Theology,

If China's emissions had kept growing at previous levels emissions would like, what, maybe a full GIGATONNE higher....the area of avoided emissions here is like deleting the emissions of entire countries. This is happening at a scale that will very clearly have an effect in lessening disasters
