Great question. HR 9495, the “nonprofit killer” bill, failed on the 12th but Republicans are bringing it back up again this week under a different process that requires only a majority vote to win.

In other words: keep calling your reps.

Fun fact: You can sign up for Congress.gov and then get email alerts for changes/progress with any bill. :)
