BREAKING: nearly 5mos after NYPD Deputy Commissioner found Lt. Rivera guilty for killing #AllanFeliz & recommended he be fired, Commissioner Tisch shamefully reverses course. Today she announced her preliminary decision to dismiss charges against Rivera -- without regard to city procedure.

I am appalled by the Rent Guidelines Board’s decision. As everyday New Yorkers struggle to balance skyrocketing costs and stagnant wages, this increase will only deepen the housing crisis and push our neighbors closer to eviction.
