At last! Made it through the approvals process for 13 new units of dedicated affordable housing in Kent.

After our approval, a proposal for an additional 80 units of market rate and affordable housing got a warm reception.

Moving things forward in our quaint little town of about 3000!

Approval from Inland Wetlands received, now onto Planning and Zoning for 13 units of much needed affordable housing in Kent.

I think anyone who has used a self checkout kiosk with a bunch of items can sympathize.

Un-fucking-believable cowardice from Gov. Ned Lamont in CT. He just vetoed an incredible housing bill out of fear of a transparently fraudulent, astroturfed opposition campaign.

Kent's great little elementary school has a 7-1 student to teacher ratio. It's wonderful, but unsustainable. As mentioned in the article, there are a lot of families in Gaylordsville (Northern New Milford), who would love to send their kids to KCS.
