what is the difference between a crisis actor -- a person accused of manufacturing discord, usually for money -- and whatever Stancil is talking about -- accusing people of raising issues they don't honestly believe in, in this case for popularity?

He said ppl who aren't poor engage online under the guise of being poor, bc they think it's socially desirable to be / identify publicly as poor.

He is confident those people claim a grievance that they aren't entitled to. In this case, not for money, but for popularity.
