Yes! It's showing that if she is in there, people are going to see her! There's no way to be in there and not be seen. It also shows that if people can see her, they will take a picture/video.

I think it's a documentary announcement, and I think Caitlin is an Easter egg. We know a crew was filming in Indianapolis, and they got Travis arriving to that one show (N2, I think). CC plays for the Indiana Fever and was at that show. Therefore, CC being with her today is an egg. Just my thought.
