I'm bullish on Blueprint being the one. In fact, my next best would be Vol. 3, which is not a popular opinion (though it should be)

I'll concede the Stones. I think Exile is 1A, but then there are a couple that would be 1B, 1C and 1D (including Sticky Fingers), so it's tough to parse. I would say The Royal Scam is the Dan's first masterpiece and think of it as the beginning of a perfect trilogy, but Aja remains THE ONE.

Over 30 years, I've seen thinkpieces about a crisis in rock music, and I'm like, guys, Propagandhi is RIGHT HERE. They've been on another level in terms of content for 30 years and another lever musically for 25. Begging for a Supporting Caste Sunday Review.

Didn't respond from a few weeks ago, but thank you for shining a light on the new Propagandhi. It's always been weird to me that the band doesn't get a lot of shine outside of, say, PunkNews spaces.

DeBarge's In a Special Way is an essential album. I also love Luther Vandross' Busy Body.

I love that this album's reputation continues to grow in estimation.

Banger list. The Dreaming is Bush's most thrilling (and consistent!). Remain in Light and Hunky Dory are no duh. Pretty Toney needs to be celebrated more. Vol. 3 too (although I don't agree, I celebrate those who argue it's Jay-Z's best). Superunknown is the only grunge album I love. Love Luther.
