Maybe if we all keep praying without making any policy changes, that will solve it.

Analysis: Denver Study Shows Removing Parking Requirements Results in More Affordable Housing Being Built "We find that eliminating parking minimums creates more options for developers and renters."

Like UBI and providing long-term contraception to teenagers, this will be repeated a billion times and never believed, but yes, reducing parking requirements encourages affordable housing.

Padilla: It’s not just undocumented folks who are being detained and arrested. It’s legal immigrantsβ€”even US citizens. We know of at least 170 US citizens who have been caught up in these raids and put in detention centers.

UDOT finds Salt Lake road projects created little impact; mayor still promises 'change' A much-anticipated study of recent Salt Lake City road projects found little impact to this point, but the city plans to make adjustments to other findings.

SB 195 in Utah, designed to halt street safety projects in SLC in the name of the mighty car, was founded on a false premise. Traffic hasn’t gotten worse and people’s perceptions of safety projects are positive and neutral. Hope this study puts an end to the state interfering with our streets

Allowing plaintiffs to be awarded voting shares in a corporation that caused them harm could be a pathway to achieve control over economic decisions that affect the wider population.

Your company knowingly harms the planet and people? Those you harm should then have a say in how the company is run.

I think plaintiffs who sue these corporations who knowingly lie, should be awarded stock in those companies where they can then use that stock to vote for a new board that would represent their interests.
