On this day in 1982, Glenn Gould died in Toronto.
Born in 1932 in Toronto, he was one of the most celebrated pianists of the 20th century. He won three Grammys, three Junos and is a member of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. His music is also on the Voyager Golden Record.

It's an opinion, for sure. But while I grieve over the destruction in Gaza, I can't support street demonstrations in Canada and elsewhere where some participants call for the destruction of Israel.

These incidents have been happening over that period of time. And increasing.

It's not a coincidence that an out break of anti semitic violence has occurred at the same time as these demonstrations have taken place.

Not sure why you would do this. Only about 7% of Canada's land is agricultural. There are literally millions of hectares available without using ag land. Right now Ontario prohibits solar on Class 1,2,3 ag land, but there's lots of space available in Prince Edward County on very poor ground.
