I mean the American citizens are basically the 4th branch of government. We just need the rest of the government to make sure they're empowered through education and keeping the predatory behavior of the Epstein class under control.

Make the president a figure head like the royal family. Have our representatives in Congress vote in a prime minister as the executive branch. That way we can get people to the polls to vote for a president and give them a chance to vote for a representative in Congress.

I'm less about term limits and more about maximum age. Not to discriminate but 65 seems like a great age to force our representatives into retirement and bar them from becoming lobbyists. If a representative is doing a good job let them keep representing.
