i was once too broke to move from one apartment in a building down the hall to another post-breakup. moving isn’t cheap or particularly fun &, by and large, trans people aren’t doing great economically. 401,000 trans people fleeing their governments should be considered a fucking national emergency.

How many times now have major medical organizations and leading experts been forced to issue corrective statements to combat the nyt’s disinformation? Six? Seven? I’ve lost count it happens so frequently.

The nyt is a disreputable source on trans news.

The nyt is run by anti-trans activists. Singal’s propagandistic piece was hooked to no news, but it was conveniently timed to set up Trump’s anti-trans screed.

The piece didn’t bubble up from earnest discussions bw expert editors and reporters. It was tired disinformation.
