I love live music, especially folk, so a night leaping around like a dervish to the brilliant #Bellowhead was an absolute joy. How they keep up that level of sheer energy is a mystery. Sam Sweeney alone could power the National Grid!

Spent my Saturday walking in the footsteps of Hywel Dda at beautiful Dinefwr Castle. Definitely one of those “thin places”
